About MRC

MRC, as put by one of the commentators at the 2022 US Junior Nationals, is a Philadelphia-region powerhouse! Even though the rowing community sees us that way, we remain humble. We started that way and we will always stay true to our creed of "Love, Trust, Hard Work".

In 2001, MRC started as a small club in the garages of several residents of Moorestown, NJ. Boats would be trailered every day to Rancocas Creek and later to the Cooper River. We moved to the Cooper permanently when space became available at the original Camden County Boathouse in Pennsauken. For most of our existence, we functioned as a Scholastic Rowing Program for the youth of Moorestown High School. In 2021, we decided to become a full-fledged club team and open up registration to athletes from throughout the Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia region. We immediately picked up athletes from Audubon, Cherry Hill, Haddonfield, Lumberton, Medford, Mt. Laurel, Pennsauken, and Philadelphia. With our commitment to excellence and our adherence to our motto of "Love, Trust, Hard Work", we know that we will continue to add athletes from the region and be one of the top programs in the country.

Rowing is a great experience; it is like no other. We are excited about the future of our program. MRC has more coaches than any other club as well as the best equipment and best facility on the greatest natural body of water for rowing in the country.

Come see what rowing is all about...join MRC!
